Do you ever wish that you had your late February "ski legs" for those early January storms?  Do you want to get back to where you can ski laps all day long like when you were a teenager? 

This 6 week conditioning class will focus on 4 key areas to the Winter Athlete:

  • Aerobic endurance
  • Strength
  • Balance
  • Agility

This class is for ages 14-99 and all skill levels and abilities.  Come have some fun!!
